You are receiving this notice because you live or own property within the City’s Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction boundary. The purpose of this agreement is to adjust the boundary from 1.5 miles from the
City’s outer border to approximately 1 mile from the border, running along property lines. A draft map
of this amended area is included on the opposite side of this paper.
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and provide comment either at or before the
meeting. Your attendance is not required.
